The Front Desks

Our staff serves students, lecturers and guests for six working days (Monday – Saturday), starting at 8 am to 5 pm. The Front Desks at the English Education Department also serve an online system. The services in our department are hybrid. Our priority service is via email but can also make contact via telephone, short message (WhatsApp/telegram). In-person service is also welcome and can make an appointment in advance.

International Student Service at the Front Desks

The Front Desk team is available Mondays to Saturday. The team provide information and guidance to international students and staff about studying and living in the Indonesia in general and especially in Makassar, also helping with information and making appointments with local and national offices for housing, immigration, healthcare and social care if needed.
