Ummi Khaerati Syam is a lecturer at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar in Indonesia. She teaches at the English Education Department within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Currently, she serves as the Head of the English Education Department in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar (Unismuh Makassar) and her Master’s degree and Doctoral Degree at Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM). She is actively involved in research, her publications can be found in academic journal databases or institutional repositories.
